It could not come quickly enough!!
I am once again in beautiful, sunny-and-75 Georgia for spring break! I got in last night and talked with my cousins Jenny and Emily (to whom Graystone is dedicated - don't tell her!) for hours. Emily is going through the college application process, and she's also in the process of recovering from her knife wound back in December. In fact, right now I'm watching her as she plays piano for the first time since her finger was wounded, and she's playing beautifully. Good for her!
Last night their cat, Teddybear, slept on my stomach for a few hours. It's been so long since an animal did that - last time, it was my kitty, Leo. It was so weird, but it was also really cool! It's been so long since I was in a real house with family, and I forgot how much I missed them all.
I get to go dancing with them on Monday, and at some point we get to eat lots of Chick-fil-A! We might go see a movie, or go to the zoo or something while I'm here... Yay! It's spring break!
